Your name, telephone number, email details, allergy alert test details and colour details are kept securely on the Timely Scheduling system and is password protected. You will receive an email confirmation when booking your appointment
If you do not want to receive a reminder text message before your appointment, please opt out when booking.
If you do not re- visit Carolyn after 2 years, your details will be removed.

If we take your photograph of your hair, we may share it on our website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram but only with your permission.
